Andrew Fleming, an International Election Observer is currently in Edo State for the gubernatorial election. However he was livid at a Hotel in Benin City when what he ordered and paid for wasn't what he got.


According to Fleming, he ordered a cheeseburger and was served a meatless dish (pictured). It was only after he protested that the meat was eventually given to him.
